Meet IARA’s New Organizer: Krystle Able

The Illinois Alliance for Retired Americans is pleased to announce the newest member of our team, Krystle Able. Krystle joins us as an organizer and will be a major asset to our important work in 2022. 

Krystle is an organizer from Central Illinois whose background includes fundraising, communications, public relations, community outreach, mobilization, electoral organizing, and advocacy work with area nonprofit organizations. Krystle has successfully balanced this work with being a mother of three and a student at University of Illinois Springfield where she majored in English Literature. 

“I recognize that IARA’s mission of retirement with dignity and economic security is of critical importance to the future of all working people and I am ready to do my part to achieve this mission.” 

Krystle’s contributions to our work will expand our capacity to mobilize seniors throughout the state in this important election year to elect champions for retirees and working people, and to pass the historic Workers’ Rights Amendment!
