Meet IARA’s New Executive Director, Jesús Palafox

The Illinois Alliance for Retired Americans is excited to announce the hiring of our new Executive Director, Jesús Palafox!

Before joining the IARA, Jesús was the Regional Administrative Associate for the Midwest region of the American Friends Service Committee, a national Quaker organization that works with communities and partners worldwide to challenge unjust systems and promote lasting peace. He holds an A.M. in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. in Political Science from Northeastern Illinois University.
